- Intentional breathing exercises
- A 20 minute practice for the mind
- Meditation
- Morning pages or journaling
- Extended moment in nature
- A 20 minute practice for the voice
- Gentle warm-up and check-in
- Goal-based exercise
- Sing through of your favorite tune
- Cool-down from a long day of voice use
